Pushstart is seeking a talented Senior Industrial Designer that is forward-thinking and can push the boundaries all while keeping manufacturing constraints in mind. The ideal candidate is a visually gifted designer with the ability to speak intelligently about the design process. We are a growing multidisciplinary design firm focused on creating meaningful end-user experiences. Being a smaller firm we work together closely on projects, melding our varied backgrounds to produce one-of-a-kind results. What you bring to the table:

• Research, strategy, sketching, and CAD skills to rapidly develop and communicate idea
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints
• Solid understanding of ID related programs
• Ability to storyboard and illustrate human characters
  
• Bonus points: Past experience working in or consulting for other agencies
